Summary:
The Registered Professional Nurse assigned to the Clearview Treatment Unit renders professional and comprehensive nursing care to patients by assessing and treating actual or potential health problems.
Functions in a multidisciplinary team setting, offering a variety of supportive services to the patients served.
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation as appropriate to the ages of patients served, based on the areas of clinical practice.
Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Maintains confidentiality of all hospital/staff information.

Responsibilities:
EDUCATIONGraduate of an accredited school of professional nursing requiredLimited Permit by New York State Department of Education (Limited Permit must be completed and on file)Must possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) within sixty (60) days from time of placement.
