Summary:
The EmStar Nurse Attendant is responsible to assist the professional staff by performing various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
The Nurse Attendant is responsible for the delivery of patient care in EmStar as directed by the Director or Registered Nurse as appropriate to the ages of patients served in this department.
Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

Responsibilities:
EDUCATIONHigh School or equivalent requiredCompletion of Certified Nurse Attendant course preferredBasic Life Support Certification (BLS) preferred EXPERIENCESix (6) month Nurse Attendant experience in a hospital/skilled facility or completed certified Nurse Attendant course or three months ER experience or equivalent EMT experience requiredCompletion of a Certified Nurse Attendant course preferredThree (3) months previous Nurse Attendant experience in an emergency room setting preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY Answer telephonesFaxPhotocopierTypewriterWORKING CONDITIONS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
