We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.
If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies - Follow all company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with guests - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques - Understanding of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes - Retail math skills for accurate cash handling Note:
