Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice care, medication administration, and behavior management.
Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation - Administer medications following established protocols - Implement behavior management strategies to support individuals' emotional and social well-being - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and respect resident rights - Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care - Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems Skills:
