Contract to Direct Pay:
Up to $24/hr.
Depending on experience Hours:
M-F 1st shift hours 100% Onsite Here's what you'll do:
Scan work orders daily.
Check and verify correct pricing and charges are put on each work order.
Update customer information, service changes, purchase orders, and contact information.
Create and process invoices weekly and monthly.
Engage with customer questions via phone or email.
Work with sales department and dispatch to maintain accuracy.
Maintain filing.
Required Skills /
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years' office and billing experience.
2 years' experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
