Responsible for maintaining building in a clean and orderly condition, including, but are not limited to, trash and garbage, sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub fixtures and lavatories, laundry duties.
Various other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
Must be a hard-working, cooperative, professional, and dependable team-player with reliable transportation.
Early mornings - start at 7:

, and would include weekend days.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
